Room Trading

Hi - this will be my first time room trading - not sure how it works...if someone could take some pity on a newbie and explain it would be appreciated. I will be bringing cash and a tackle box full of traders including Hex, some metal etc. I am looking for AWS, Marsh and Ellis/Hex metal.
