Bruce, I agree with you 100%. I did on the other hand just write a fairly scalding letter advising them of my disgust and accusing them of discriminatory tactics in proliling bass boats as blatant offenders. It was nice to see the DEP with a very well formatted argument that seems to support our view of reality.
