I think you are being WAAAAAY too picky here. Somebody accidentally transposed two numbers in a photo caption. It's not like somebody is giving out false information at the Sun-Times. Accidents happen.
Ironically, you messed up the link to this story and I had to fix it for you. Like I said, accidents happen to people sometimes.
