Larz, always nice to see but I'm gonna disagree with you here, you have to be proactive in this environment, not act after your ass was seen running down the street two months ago know what I mean?
Waiting to worry about a losing concept is what causes the carnage we see so often now. You have to have the balls to know that what you're doing sucks, it blows, it's going nowhere. This is a losing idea, it's a stand-still with as little expenditures as they can get by with until they figure out the next losing concept of crap to drag out another two years of dull junk. I'd rather have darts thrown at my ball than have to work in that environment that allows such lazy ass junk to happen.
It's part of an incoherent ancient idea half executed and in need of execution before it dies a long over-due drawn out death.
Bill Gamble ain't what he used to be and if he is he's just going through the motions according to the idiots above playing him like a puppet.
Either way, it's spineless, it's painful and a colossal waste of time and energy with no f'in' future PERIOD. NONE. Just another former big name draining a shit stain radio division down the drain. Whoever's calling the shots should be tarred and feathered. Just the most boring, lame crap I've ever seen. No pizazz, no nothing, NO REASON TO BE ENTICED, EXCITED OR ENGAGED as a listener or an EMPLOYEE (unless you're draining the stain).
