I think the far-sighted Mr. Feder is being a bit modest here. In actuality, his two "wrong" predictions- Cochran and Sirott- nearly came to fruition, but were derailed by managerial stinginess- in each case at virtually the last minute! By the way, he also confided in me last October that Jay Cutler would engineer a trade to become the Bear's QB. I laughed in his face when he told me that, but fortunately I did spend a couple of dollars on a set of lotto numbers he gave me, and that has left me a wealthy man.
