I've had this happen and it is really scary to find one's sats in the 70's. If your DME delivery person doesn't have any liter meters to check your concentrator liter flow, you can order one from http://www.jamesonmedical.com/pages/liter_meter.htm.
I too find putting on the portable the best thing to do so my mind is clear enough to think things thru.
