| ADC Question

I'm on a Prednisone taper and here I am at 4:45 with enough energy to clean house - but I'd wake my DH.
I placed an order with ADC and they charged my credit card a week ago. Since then - I've heard nothing. I checked my order and it's there, but does not show staus now, this after battling to log on. Are others experiencing delays? I'd hate to have to pay retail if I run out of samples before I know that my order is on it's way, as I'm in the dreaded Donut Hole.
