John, when I began to have the first signs of breathing problems back in 1997, i ordered just about every book that I could find on COPD, including Buteyko's book. At that time the consensus was that it was a fraud, but who knows. I never really got into it. It is basically, as I recall contradictory to what we are taught about proper breathing. Thanks for the You Tube link.
