been on o2 for a few years almost 7 and they called and said they (lincare) were bringing me a brand new concentrator. that was in late august. well it arrived last wed. felt kind of funny thursday and friday but had 2 apt.'s i had to go to so I went and all the time I felt light headed etc. I got mhome o.k.(dumb on my part to even drive) and slept all afternoon. I felt like i wasnt getting enuf o2 from this new concentrator so i hooked up again to a portable tank and "wala" what a difference. i called lincare and told them and they came right away with another concentrator. this one works good. was a scary experience. never gave it a thought the 1st couple of days. figured it was brand new and should work at 100%
so beware it was a lesson i learned .
guess you cant trust anyone anymore. I have never felt so out of it. I guess someone was looking out for me as i dont know where i got the "umph" to drive home. but i did and i made it. then I had a good cry for myself dumb of me to even leave but i didnt think about the o2.
oh well
