In our area, even if you do see a doctor and even if they do prescribe Tamiflu it's not reported as H1N1. It's only reported as such if they decide to test you (which typically only happens if you are hospitalized).
I read somewhere (can't remember where) that one state is identifying how many scripts of Tamiflu are being filled at the pharmacies. I suspecct that's a more accurate way to determine how many folks the doctors are dx'ing with "serious" (H1N1?) flu.
I would place good money that many of my neighbors in my apartment complex (young people with children) who have been sick during the past 3 months have been sick with H1N1.
