When using antibiotics regularly be sure to take a strong probiotic, that helps prevent C. difficile.It also has been recommended to regulary take a probiotic if you have ever had the appendix removed.
I rotate my extra a/b's in order to try to keep effectiveness, for instance if I use levaquin then next time I need additional to what is in the triple regimen for m.avium intercellulare I use doxycycline.
