The pulmo has left me on 10 mgm Prednisone daily since I can't seem to get much lower without severe shortness of breath -- started on 9/1. My next appt. with her is in Jan. 2010. My instructions were to "continue Prednisone". No discussion of side effects, etc.
I take the dose with milk and cereal every morning and make sure I get adequate exercise, healthy diet. I take Nexium for gastric reflux. Has anyone on the forum written any "do's and don't's that may be in someone's archives that's available? Is there anyone else who takes Pred daily?
