It may not be from the meds. I have tremors at times and take neither of those. They are just called Essential tremors. Have no idea why they are named that but they are common as we age. I have it particularly in my left hand while holding something. You can take a low dose Beta Blocker and that helps but some doctors won't prescribe that for COPD patients.
