Once again the doctors don't realize that we respond differently to different drugs. Of course, if you are happy with the Advair then no reason to change just because other people are doing it but just because it is a steroid and a long acting bronchodilator in each doesn't mean if will affect you the same. Could be better, could be worse. There are some differences or they wouldn't be able to market it. They say all the PPI acid blockers are the same but some help some people and some help others more. You can get a free month of Symbicort now as most doctors have the handouts.
