Symbicort - ADC Equivalent

My doctor changed me from Advair to Symbicort yesterday. I have high hopes for it just from reading some of the postings here from those of you who use it.

The strength prescribed is Symbicort 160/4.5. I checked ADC and they show two different strengths, 6mcg/400mcg and 6mcg/200mcg. Can anybody tell me which would be equivilent to the 160/4.5. I realize this has been answered before but would appreciate comments. Thanks lots.
