Serevent or Foradil can be taken alone

Both meds should NOT cause the bruising that inhaled steroids do. For me, Serevent caused high heart rate and also muscle stiffness/pain. I decided I prefer not to have those side effects and when I tried Foradil I also had increased heart rate. Some folks really find Foradil very helpful with few side effects--I envy them!
