Larry always felt that everyone should have the Thallium stress test which will show any blockage. It is not 100% but pretty close. Of course, anyone with COPd should have an echo to test for pulmonary hypertension. An EKG is not very helpful for what you are looking for. I am sure the cardiologist will check you out completely.
