I have taken this drug for 2 years now and after the first year had a density increase at least the numbers were better. Then I read about the necrosis and quit taking it for about 4 months plus I had surgery so was off of it for a bit. I myself decided to outweigh the consenquences and chose to start back on it. I of course order it from adc. good luck
