I've taken it for a month and it's fine. You must still order Foradil (formoterol fumarate) rotocaps for the evening dose. It's got the 24 hr Tiova, but I need the 12hr update on the foradil. (12mcg 2 times a day, or @12hrs) Either way is fine by me, but I am a kid who likes my rituals...I feel better.
