They have now decided that the Masaii people in Africa have walked their way to good Cardiovascular condition! And eat a high animal fat diet.
I am delighted to hear this as I am becoming skinny too, and am doing lots of walking and still love my steak. I suspect that someday it will be discovered that we indeed need animal fats for our joints, tissues, and to fight off infections, but what do I know....We are all different. Exercise!
