When I got my dx part of the process was a sleep study. What a joke, noone could sleep right with all those leads attached, and people watching through the walls. Anyway, I didn't have sleep apnea, but my legs moved like 175 times during the night so they told me I had restless leg syndrome, and my O2 was low all night > 88 so it was O2 at night for me. I was really grateful no one wanted to put me on a CPAP machine, but I wondered about the RLS. I am on of those people who shakes her foot, but I don't have those I have to move my feet feelings, keeping me awake or anything. The RLS med is just another ingredient in my chemical soup. It is sedating though and I take it at night, so I don't mind it. It helps me go to sleep. Stay well, S.
