Nah, Susan...it helps to give up such depressing chemicals that twist meds into crying rags...
Just like I've had to learn not to let folks get to me and make life more difficult. I try as much as possible to do only things which improve my spirits, and health. I am now fully retired and that's how our days can be made peaceable without many demands from anywhere other than we enjoy or must be doing.
If someone needs your assistance, throw a rope, but don't climb down into the well with them. Much better than getting depressed, angry or going to the self medication.
Treat yourself as you've always been wanting to be treated.
This is a tough disease and we need to fight hard with the best tools and health we can muster. There is little helpful in giving in or feeling frustrated. Our lives are valuable and it is a time to make the most of our life. Make the most of each day and keep the cool.
