The issue of weight is a huge one for me. I manage, just, with my Helios. I cannot tote anything any larger, and I can't manhandle one of those carts in and out of the car. I had one of those carts when I first went on oxygen and I was at my daughter's. Even she had trouble getting that monstrosity into and out of the car.
