Joe, what do you mean by you had to make a life or death decision a month ago???
The Invacare concentrator goes up to 5 lpm. There are new ones that go up to 10 lpm and I do believe they're compatible with the homefill compressor. Ideally, the concentrator should be at 2 lpm while the compressor is filling your portable. This is no problem 'cause it only takes about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to fill a completely emptied M6 portable so you fill them while you're watching TV or after you go to bed.
The portables are pulse dose up to 5 with a 2lpm continuous flow.
