I've wondered about the scare factor myself, Penny. The only thing is, I'm not in the mood for screwing around with my oxygen. They are going to know how I feel about it. I've already stirred Apria's pot on billing - I've received about three emails and three telephone calls trying to explain why they screw up so badly. If I start calling about LOX, they'll probably drop me just to be rid of me.
