Yes, Helen, the TTO works with any O2 delivery system. The only thing different with the Invacare Homefill unit is that you fill your own tanks so you don't need skillions of little tanks around the house. When I was on O2 24/7, I had two portables. While I was using one at work during the day, the other one was at home, filling. At night, I'd put the day one on to fill (takes about 1/2 hour) and I'd be ready for the next day. With 2 portables, you always have a full one.
When we went to U of P for LVRS testing, we took both along since I knew we were going to be gone the whole day. I have an E tank strapped into the back seat of the truck and used that when I'm driving so the portables were ready and full when we got to Philly.
The ONLY problem with the homefill units is the weight of the portables. They weigh about 7 lbs full...which isn't bad if you carry them by their short handles in your hand. I also had a backpack and that worked well...getting it on was a bother, though.
