omg!!!! my daughter was telling me about this new diet called the idiots diet. she has been on it now for 2 months, she works out 5 days a week 1/2 hour each time and she has lost 15 lbs. and 12 inches all over. went to mexico last month and when shopping for clothes lost 2 sizes in some things.
we did the diet up for me you pick out 15 foods from 1 list and 15 from another and it makes out your diet. its crazy, fun and it works.
i'm kind of slow with the exercise but i do water walk 2 times a week. can't do what the young ones do , but i try to ride my bike 3 times a week\also.
any way when i clicked on your link i cracked up.
its so much food , more than i can eat do it for 11 days then eat what you want for 3 just do not allow yourself to get full full. thats when you stop!! shrink your belly.
