Hi: I have the Caire Spirit 600. I had the 300 given to me as a portable by Apria, but I run out of oxygen too quickly with it, so I purchased the 600 myself from Apria to the tune of $800.00. However, I love it! It allows me to be out for a good 5 hours on a setting of 4. A setting of 4 keeps my sats around 92% which is pretty comfortable for me since I am sitting most of the time. If I need to do any walking like when I go to the hospital for Dr. appts, I will turn it 5 and it is fine as long I "pace" myself and don't try to rush. I turn it back to 4 when seated and during the appt. Never had a bad time with, it takes me about 3 minutes to fill from the mother vessel. Good luck,
