You answered you own question C.J. by talking to your provider boss and pulmo with their anticipated changes...Inogen does not work for me unless I lay around doing nothing and we all know what that gets us; but sounds like don't have grounds anyway to get you stuck with an Inogen I can visualize refusal to offer LOX to new customers but you should be grandfathered and be left alone or given a system which will work....Maybe suggest an Eclipse 2...LOL$$
