Let us know exactly what type of oxygen you have and the name of the concentrator, types of tanks, etc. There's very likely to be people here who use the same equipment and could answer many questions for you. Of course, you can always call your supplier; they're good about helping you get used to using the equipment.
The whole oxygen thing can be scary at first, but you'll get used to it and feel comfortable with everything in a short time. And it will make your life better.
I don't think most oxygen suppliers give you a soft tubing; usually they supply the usual type that tends to get twisted and coil up on the floor. I used that until learning (from this forum) of another type of tubing that lays flat on the floor - no tripping over it anymore. You can also get swivel connectors if you need more than one length of hose, to help keep the tubing from curling up. But the best way to go is special order - I have an 85' hose connected with a swivel connector to a 3' cannula - now I don't even have to un-stick the connectors when I turn corners.
