Of all the stuff I've heard and read about exercising and how important it is yadda yadda, the one tip that was the most beneficial to me was this: Start slow. A couple minutes. You're done. Next day, do 30 seconds more. Etc.
Thing is, with such a low goal, it didn't seem so overwhelming and whadd'ya know, my initial 2-minute start was 5 minutes. Then the extra 30 seconds was another few minutes instead. Even on days that I did exactly what was done the day before, I was still ahead. So much easier for me that way.
