Clay, it was great to see your name when I checked the forum this morning.
It's hard to believe it has been 2 years with the new lung.
Thankfully you have your insulin problem under control, and you once again will be moving forward.
When I came to the forum many, many years ago, you were a real exercise fanatic, & convinced me that is was a must.
You were 100% right...It is highly recommended for diabetes also, as I am sure you are well aware. How much are you doing now?
