I would like to add to Mary Ellen's traveling experience. My husband has me to help but he could easily travel alone following a similar plan. We both get wheechairs anyway because of my bad knees. Attendants will be happy to wheel your oxygen along for you and the wheelchair or we usually put evething in our laps.
Attendants will stop between plane or whenever you need to "potty" or buy food, etc. My husband always has a few $5 bills in his pocket. I found a great purse that goes over my head and under my arm that holds a lot but not too huge for the plane.
We will be trying the Eclipse next time and there is an accessory bag and is big enough to carry medication and personal items as well as accessories for the concentrator.
It is very possible to travel from your home, through the airport, fly to your destination and even to a hotel without ever carrying your suitcase. Have fun! ElaineNY
