Larry is a trooper, really. He doesn't complain much considering that he had Cardiac problems which led to surgery, and that led to some cutting of nerve, which affected his diaphragm, making it hard for the diaphragm to support his breathing efforts.
We know him as the expert on heart issues, but what I can't imagine is not being able to marshall the breathing with the diaphragm. So many of the meds exacerbate breathing difficulties, change heart rates, it takes some smart folks to help.
My description is probably not very accurate, (especially if Larry were editing) but it gives us a hint of why it's so difficult for Larry, and why it's amazing that he's so rarely complaining. He's got a right to be angry, but isn't...That's heroic. Larry deserves much thanks for all the help he's always been, and our prayers.
