Sorry to hear, Starion--I've been the bursitis route too; I agree--better to stick to Ibuprofen,Aleve, etc., unless the injury persists (a good physical therapist worked wonders for me on a shoulder problem once). Hey--at least you hurt yourself for a good cause!
