Actually, I don't have a clue what my Dr said when she ordered it, but when the young man called to arrange delivery, I told him not to waste his or my time if he was going to deliver something heavy, akward or totally tacky looking. LOL It looks like a purse, but a butt bag strap would also be helpful so you could bend over and not have the weight swaying. I now know I really have an exceptional Plumo and I'll let her know at our next visit.
