I need to change my cannula approximately 10 days. That has been the way since I started using from the very start. Whether I am using the Hudson or Salter brand, or the Softhose brand which I much prefer. The tubing that sits next to the face, sesems to get very hard and not flexible and soft after about 10-14 days. I think it is just a combination of facial oils and showering each day that causes the hose to dry up and get stiff. That is just my own particular opinion. I know some people talk about getting a month out of a cannula, but I have never been able to get a month's worth out of a cannula because it gets too hard for me and becomes very unflexible on my face. Won't lay soft and easy anymore.
