It sounds like there might be something going on in his life personally. Not that it is an excuse for the way you were treated. I just left a Doctors office with a friend and there were at least 20 people waiting to see these Doctors and as soon as one went in it seems like 2 more came into the office. I sometimes don't know how Doctors do it and maintain their sanity.
