Link: New CPR suggestions

We all doubt that Emergency help can get to us quickly enouugh if the heart stops with a loved one. Last year CPR guidelines finally admitted that blowing into mouths did little to help, but finally there is a suggestion that may actually help a failing heart: Keep up compressions.
Simply put, the article describes how the heart may not be fully compressing to sustain a beat, so adding compressions may actually help...Their study suggest a lot, like 200 and then another 200. It may actually help your loved one...I hope no one we know needs this advice, but if just one right person hears or reads this ....well, you know the rest...It sure beats not doing anything for someone you care about.
