Is it possible for a person with severe COPD (20+yrs) to need a lower dose medication.eg. You've been on 500/50 but it increases HR, B?P To much plus your 02 stats go up to 98 & stay for hrs.
this dose seems to be too much for your lungs. you are constantly trying to slow your breathing, down. If you use 250/50 you can use your rescue if needed & your machine. With the higher dose you can not.
