I swallowed Foradil myself but this article talks about people that take it that way all the time. Apparantly they have not been taught nor do they inquire about what the plastic inhaler is for. It is very easy to have it in your hand and then just pop it in your mouth and swallow. I was worried also and when I called the company they said I should call my Dr. or go to ER. This was when Foradil first came out. I would have thought they would have been able to tell me something other than this.
