I've attached a link below that has many pages, but is a very realistic approach to the problem of shortness of breath, and working through it. (I apologise for the ads, but...)
Many times we post articles on Pursed lip breathing and it sounds like long lectures on the subject...Here's the view from a pro who works with patients often in extreme times, in the hospital or hospice setting.
(For what it's worth, I sometimes use my email by going up to "file" and use send a link when a good page is open. It takes less space and I can read at my leisure and ove it elsewhere.)
