I think a very important part of contoling any thrush or yeast outbreak is totally avoiding sugars in any form or fashion however some of us are what I call "dry alcoholics" and really love sweet things to eat like cookies, juices, and so on..
Simple carb foods like potatoes and quickly produce sugar in the blood are a problem too.
Probably the best diet when fighting yeast infections is yogart, grilled meat, and fresh
or steamed low carb vegetables.
The condition has multiple facets which can aid it.
