The survey ends February 10th, 2007, and we have to have a substantial number of responses to make our message very loud and very clear. Share this with your friends in affected areas! This poll gives the citizens of Louisiana one very large voice in the decision making process. so let your voice be heard. Note from Rocky: The online survey is not available in French, but if you dial the number 1-888-PLAN-2050, they do have French speakers available, but they weren't available when I called. Surprisingly, the survey is available in Vietnamese. It's not too often that you see things available in Vietnamese. (We have a large Vietnamese population around here.) Perhaps one of our Canadian or French friends here on the forum would like to translate the survey into French. ---Roy---

Louisiana Speaks!, an initiative of the Louisiana Recovery Authority and the Center for Planning Excellence, is surveying the citizens of South Louisiana to get input on how the state should rebuild our coast. This is a huge opportunity for the politicians in Baton Rouge and Washington, DC, to hear the voices of our people about what we value and how important this is to us.
