Fact is, he really should have been gelded 22 years ago---he's not breeding quality. Other than an occassional nippiness---he has a pleasant, kind temperament.

Calypso is 25. He is broke to ride and actually quite unflappable. He is, however, not very socialized with other horses. When I get him 50 ft from my other horses he gets very agitated. I suppose the best thing would be to start putting him next to an old mare or gelding, but I don't have that kind of option right now.
