Pedigree research

I own Amir Lamaan #0592483. I am new to bloodline research, but I have noticed that he has a lot of CMK in his linage. I am trying to determine his percentage of CMK. Can someone help me? He is such a cuddly, sweet, mellow, intelligent fellow who can turn on the fire and turn it off when asked. When I tell people I bought an Arab, most ask me if I lost my senses. (This is Quarter Horse -- Thoroughbred country.) Arabs have the reputation of being high strung and brainless. He is far from it. I have never owned a horse this intelligent before. Many of the CMK's I have read about seem to have these traits. Is this the norm for them?
