I've only fished the gorge 1x but my advice is simple..go to Buckboard Marina, stay at Sweet dreams Inn in Green River. Talk to Leon and Mike at Buckboard about where the fish are, buy a map of the lake from them as well, and don't be afraid to ask the other fisherman at the ramp/fish cleaning station. Talk to the game warden- he usually wears a cowboy hat - he knows where the fish are. Pick up a copy of the Wyoming Fishing regs. I just got back from FG and some of our fish were already starting to get hooked jaws so I'm not sure when they will turn completely. Just go...you won't be disapointed.
