Butch ... Your comments are best represented toward people as individuals..when you have the KAHUNAS to e-mail or call them in person..INSTEAD of tearing them apart on a message board..check yurself bud!~ This board is meant for FUNN!! Members comments..concerns..voiced opinions.. Not for starting fights..tearing fellow fishers apart..Just slow you roll.. I am NICE person..who donates ..time..effort..tackle..and personal sacrfice..toward Calfornia Kokanee fishing!! I have alot of comment/concerns/opinions about the Kokanee scene ..Non of them are for SELF interest! I am FOR THE FISH! Will volunteer when asked to do anything involved with fishing and to benefit the FUTURE of Fisherys in califronia for GENERATIONS to come... I am a newbie of sorts..coming from the RIVER fishing scene..so I am not perfect whatsoever when it comes to my opinions and they should not be taken so seriously as to have someone telling me to shut the hell up!! This is a FREE country in which individuals have the Right to have an "opinion" ..ie LIKE YURS.. and mine.. Some use an ounce of respect and a little bit of intelligence! ie Other PEOPLE dont.. Its ok..SEE YOU on the water! Hopefully you got a better attitude on the water' when we cross paths ..THIS IS FUNN MAN dont forget that! "Tightlines" ..Take it easy with yur personal bashes..butch havent met you yet volunteering time to this PK..or KP why not? Someone selffish? LOL j/k not everyone has to! J.D~ Sry to rub salt on a wound "Butch".. we are all defensive at times! Nothing more was meant in the comment about Shasta than FACTS!! ~ everyone knows that it is a FUNN DERBY to fish no matter "what"!! Kp is a wonderful org.. which has..and holds GREAT DERBYS!! With terrific PEOPLE ..~~ I have said that about 100 times on this board..I hold no favorites ..only to the Koke Gods!! Bruces thoughts on the derby to better it for fisherman... is nice in theory.. Most people I know however .."will" pre-fish this derby since A) it is a ways from home.. B) Costs $125 to fish 1/2 day!.. "not cheap by means" Yes lots of prizes but the entry fee's alone from 150 fisherman cover that cost! Since this is non-profit org.. that is why it would be nice to see some direct funding from each derby go to..each indidual fishery it is held at..(maybe this is already the case" .. BASICALLY I NEED TO MAKE A MEMBER MEETING TO GET INFORMED..Weds are just a rough day to travel to SAC.. as mentioned before.. again "personal opinion".. YES I HAVE LOTS..and dont hold back..If you notice I couldnt sleep last night thinking about fishing @ 1am!! Who does that?? ..I got on the board to read and chip in my bougus thoughts about the derby and stuff!!! However you wont find me INSULTING another member or anyone for that matter on a internet chat board..meant for Fishing Talk! Best luck on the derby! It has become too much for me with all this talk etc... So I will leave a few more Kokes in the lake for all of you and more raffle prizes on the table! Have a great derby PK MEMBERS.. Have fun..see you all next year at derby's!!
