Quagga Muscle Inspection At Pardee

According to Wendy - who got the information from an East Bay Mud Ranger a week ago East Bay Mud will have extra personnel for the derby. There are no longer any passes. Boats are being inspected with every launch no matter if Pardee is the only lake where the boat as been recently.
