Late Summer .. Predictions for water levels?

Hi I was wondering if I could get some information from someone who actually seems to know what the lake levels will be this year in late summer? .. I have heard such conflicting information?? I am really confused'... I have researched the level's current ..but it seems we have had some really dry weather in March/ April ? Yet we got "Lots" of snow in certain areas of the Sierra's in Winter yet not much rain? I have allways referred myself to this site> For my Driftboat fishing needs... http://cdec.water.ca.gov/reservoir.html Does ANYBODY have an accurate site for predicted level's in say "Folsom.. Oroville".. later this year..or even Shasta ? Will it full pool and' or how much water will get pumped diverted to farms towns etc? Where can someone like myself get that infomation? I know it depends on County..lake..region..etc .. It there any place that gives "overall" State levels etc.. "Tightlines" J.D~ TackleTradingPost Thank you much.. J.D~
